1. front desk very attentive to our group, housekeepers cheerfully cleaning up the havoc wrecked by our kids in the room, great room service, great concierge who lined up several things for us.

6. However, after my meeting I moved a few blocks down the road to the Clift hotel, where for $250/nt I did get limited free internet, a much larger, brighter and quieter room, friendly concierge service, and a definite style (not mine particularly, but at least it was up to date and not generic).
