1. To finish off they were so kind and nice such that I left my wedding ring in the room, and they were kind enough to look for it RIGHT AWAY, call back RIGHT AWAY and they sent it to us Fedex Free Two day shipping with no charge.

3. And don't even think about using the fridge to store your own stuff, again, everything is on sensor, if you move stuff aside or out of the fridge, you're likely to have a surprise charge on your check out.

7. After having a long conversation with the concierge when I booked the reservation, he got us upgraded at no charge to the presidential suite and had the bouquet of flowers delivered to our room prior to our arrival.
