1. The Housekeeping Manager was very professional and acted quickly to get me out of the room and to have all of my clothes cleaned.

2. He tried to find a way to compensate us for two nights of lost sleep by discounting our room (we had already purchased the rooms online) or paying for parking (we didn't park a car at the hotel) and finally resorted to having his manager call me later to see about a free night or some other kind of compensation.

5. After a discussion with Dutch, a manager became involved and magically, the exact room we booked became available.
