1. This hotel is very conviently located, we arrived late from Los Angeles, no body to help with luggage, the front desk was very nice very quick check in also considered my request for higher floor room.

6. I also had a problem with my wake up call which I received an hour early however I clogged this down to the fact that the clocks had changed to summer time during my stay and I did receive an adequate apology from the front desk for this oversight.
