1. The entrance is a busy city block, so it would have been better for valet to be helping us out of car, and deterring the panhandlers.

2. the bellman/valet certainly helps but there were moments when I waited +5-10 minutes because most taxis fill at the other hotels further before on the street.

3. This is stated on web site and they did refund the differance when I complained but wolud be nice to be told by the Valet at time of arrival.

4. When we arrived the valet was missing from in front of hotel, a panhandler approached the car to harass us a little and I brought all of our bags inside and loaded onto a cart before anyone even tried to approach me to help.

7. The suite only cost us a little bit more with a AAA discount (also valet/overnight parking is about $50.00.

10. After 20 minutes of the staff checking with valet, they determined that our CAR was not oversized and gave us a refund.
