3. The only feedback I can give is that the sauna was cold (to the staff: keep it at 70-85 degrees celcius, not at room temperature) and that a front desk staff recommended a mexican restaurant that had bad food.

5. The spa is great but the steamroom smelled like a steam iron so didnt have a nice eucalyptus smell, and the sauna only had heat so felt more like roast chicken than relaxing sauna as there was no option to add water.

10. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy, the hotel amenities are outstanding, especially the jacuzzi and sauna and the wine hour at 5 p.m. The rooms are spacious for San Francisco and I never was troubled by noise from next door.
