4. On our recent visit we encountered an exceptional employee at the reception desk, enjoyed the complimentary wine reception, relaxed in the spa, and stopped by the water station offering fresh fruit and vegetable flavored water.

So what are my thoughts : The Monaco had lovely people(the concierges are excellent and know everyone by name), we loved the happy hour at 5pm with free wine and massages, free water in the lobby and free coffee/tea in the mornings, the rooms were quiet, the gym was not bad, location is very good and the spa looked good as well.
