5. The spa is great but the steamroom smelled like a steam iron so didnt have a nice eucalyptus smell, and the sauna only had heat so felt more like roast chicken than relaxing sauna as there was no option to add water.

10. The only reason I took off a star (and would rate the experience Very Good vs Excellent) - Being a fan of spas of all kinds, I partially chose this hotel for the 24hr fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.
