4. We liked the overall decor of the hotel and its theme, especially the bar area, where we could enjoy the complimentary evening glass of wine, served by a bartender who obviously took pride in his area of the hotel.

10. It's a small but lovely hotel with very well chosen decor, comfortable rooms (not very large but there's lots to do out and about in SF) and its greatest asset is its fantastic reception staff who are super efficient, really friendly and warm.
