3. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is really friendly - we asked for a recommendation for crab outside of the Wharf, and the concierge gave us a great suggestion for a place nearby that was perfect for what we wanted.

6. It was a little late on a Sunday night and we were looking for bar food, so the front desk concierge directed to an Irish pub a couple of blocks away that we wouldn't have been able to find on our own, and it was just what we were looking for.
