My only issue was the service - receptionists were slow and poorly informed, while the bell station was rarely manned (I waited 15 minutes to drop off my suitcases on my check-out day), while valet parking requires 15 minutes to retrieve your car - something they fail to tell you when you're dropping it off.

9. also--53 dollars for parking!5 dollar tip for mandatory valet parking, 5 for luggage brought up stairs, and back out the next day, it ran me 73 bucks to get in and out of there.
