9. Found all the staff at this hotel to be very nice and helpful, a few standouts were Paul the concierge, who provided us with directions, recommendations for dining and also booked tours for us, and Paul the porter who was always very welcoming and gave us helpful advice.

10. we really didn't interact with the bellman/workers etc. because the few times we asked questions one person said that he just moved here and he had no idea of anything & barely spoke English & the concierge 'Henry' gave us wrong information in regards to the museums.
