1. The staff were very helpful and the hotel has been updated and very clean and across the street from the Merchandise Mart.

6. To the South I looked straight down the Chicago River, with the Lake Street 'L' crossing, and the entrance to Union Station and the Oligive Transportation Center Station.

8. Nearest station to take you to and from O'Hare is Clark Street station, and with train fares of only $2.75 is cheap as chips and an ideal way to travel between the hotel and airport.
