1. Even if I had to pay to stay here, the rates are great for a Downtown hotel, and it is short walk to the loop, or even a shorter walk to the nearest 'L' stop.

2. Great location in the center, 'great view rooms' are facing the Sears Towers and Chicago river, has a huge parking right in front and price of parking is not bad compared to a downtown hotel.
