got to the front desk which is located in the merchandise mart building omg its huge never been in there but i was impressed to say the least the front desk staff/lady was very polite and attentive and friendly she validated my parking slip card upon checking us in i asked if there was a chance for a upgrade she said NO instantly OK no problem then another older woman came over whispered something to her i didn't think anything of it they ask who was with me i said my daughter and its a dad and daughters weekend and she was the lucky one to share my free hotel weekend with thay both smiled and then went on with there business so after chech in she tells us where to go the lobby is huge with long couches nice rugs little places to sit and chat before we went to the room we wanted to see the pool omg it was amazing with a work out room and i skylight above the pool this was better then the Ritz so we get to our room and there's 2 doors I'm like that's not our that's the cleaning room well it was our s the wonderful outgoing desk

up graded us to the honeymoon suite i was floored i went down and said thank you a million times and when me and my daughter talk about our favorite places and hotels we've stayed the holiday inn mart is our number one we recommend it to everyone the breakfast is also amazing all you can eat and its good too.

I dealt with the front office
manager
and it was taken care of, no issues, no problems and thinks like this will make me go there whenever things are better.

had responded to all of the comments, both positive and not so, and that he had included his email address in one of them so that the rater could contact him to discuss her concerns further.

also started with brief apology, but then also told me i was in the wrong room, and didnt I get a note under the door informing me of this problem (not sure what a note would do in terms of my actually getting a shower) .
