6. We had 2 double beds, desk , 2 chairs, tv with lots of first run and just released DVD selections for an additional fee.

7. My company booked 28 rooms at this hotel, When we tried to cancel three nights in two of the rooms they charged us a $400 cancelation fee, even though we gave them 2 months notice.

8. I tried to explain to them that I will cancel all 28 rooms if they charge us this fee, yet they don`t understand that they will lose all this money, plus the extras like our dinners in the restaurant, parking, etc. They still made us pay the cancellation charge.
