5. We also had to check out to attend a family function outside of Chicago and were able to check the luggage that we didn't need until we returned two days later and checked back into the hotel.

6. We used the business centre for free internet access and really appreciated this as we needed to check out flights etc. We also could not believe the 2 hour managers reception every evening with free drinks and nibbles.
