1. I want to charge my iPhone on the nightstand (where it is also my back-up alarm-so it requires power to avoid draining the battery) but there was no place close to plug it in.

9. Management was very responsive and took all of our clothing and the kids stuffed animals to be dry cleaned, moved us into another room, and didn't charge us for that one night, but we couldn't stay after that experience.
