3. The strawberries and champagne were not in the room as promised but was resolved within a few hours, the gift certificate was only good in the Osteria, (this was unknown too us) we actually ate in the Pizzeria, we showed the hostess our gift card and she told us it was fine only to find out when the bill came it was only good in the Osteria, so we had no choice but to pay the bill in full, we used the certificate towards the least expensive wine for in the room, which still cost us $15.00 after the gift certificate, with surcharges, tax and %18 gratuity.

7. Compared to other Chicago hotels I have stayed at, there are five things I particularly liked:1) Unlike many hotels where the room's 'minibar' is stuffed with pricey drinks and has sensors that add a fee to your bill even if you just move an item, the refrigerator in my room here was empty, giving me plenty of room for my own things.
"Excellent value for price, location, quality " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/27/2010 Vote
