4. just got back from a 4 night stay in on the 14apr all was well comfy beds in room 1520, staff very friendly, good location near all the great foods (hells kitchen)would defiantly go back.

7. Starbucks and Morton Williams (supermarket, also has a buffet meal for 6.99 per pound, we had dinner take outs there, great food) and pharmacy is within 5 minutes walking distance.

9. tooWe must have stayed in a different hotel to the rest of the people who have written on this site as yes the hotel is a little worn in places but there are signs telling you the hotel is under refurbishment and will be replacing carpets in the corridors etc.All the staff were helpful , pleasant and approachable, we ate breakfast in the dining room twice, again the food was lovely, the service friendly and spotlessly clean.

10. Not once did anyone ask us, if we liked the food(NOT!); we went to the diner because we were starving after the flight; 2 cheeseburgers that we didn't touch because of the 3rd world smell arriving before our meal($40+ and they automatically added gratuity- I see why); we couldn't take it, so we booked a diff hotel, and not once did anyone ask us why we were leaving or how can we help you.
