1. We got moved again and offered free breakfast for 2 days and insisted on a fridge free of charge (they charge $10 per day for a fridge which is ridiculous!) Our 3rd room, whilst bigger was just as awful.

2. However, make sure you get EVERYTHING out of your vehicle before surrendering it to the garage--they will charge you to remove and re-park if you forgot anything (like my daughter's favorite toy).

Even meet 'Joe' the owner at D J Reynolds Resturant (2 blocks up road) he phoned the hotel and extended our stay for a further 4hrs (at no extra charge) so that we could do some more shopping in town and not have to drag our cases around (Cheers Joe,buy you a drink next time) all in all worth every penny and i WILL be staying here again.

8. We were so dissapointed that we just wanted to get out of the hotel and enjoy the remaining days of our vacation that we decided to let them charge us but not after informing the manager and some of the guests at the reception of our horrific experience.
