2. We only stayed one night, but it was a great quick getaway- we had a really nice lunch in the bar area, I used the amazing gym, and had a great night of sleep in the big, comfortable room.

5. When I got to the London NYC, not only did the concierge store my 2 pieces of luggage, they also stored the rest of my luggage for a couple hours so I could go pick up lunch and my rental car.
