2. Not only are the rooms exceptionally well thought-out, spotlessly clean, with beautiful baths and very comfortable bedding, the staff at The London NYC seems to go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating.

9. The rooms/suites are excellent, with shower and bath (although not full sized bath) and the bed was incredibly comfortable with excellent linen, air con worked with no noise and I never heard anything from the other rooms, which led to many happy night sleep.
