3. We booked on American Express Platinum travel so we got afternoon tea (which is very nice) and a 4pm checkout which is very nice.

4. The only reason we did not give the hotel 5 stars is because upon checkout we had to wait 45 minutes (or more) for our car (we did call ahead).

They really rose to the occasion when the hurricane delayed our departure, there was no hesitation from the staff - front desk in extending our stay and providing us with a late checkout until our car picked us up, the concierge with friendly service and reservations, housekeeping with extra towels and a refrigerator for our food during the storm.

7. The only complaint we had was that we had to ask three times for a fridge to be brought up and that there was a random $7 minibar charge on checkout even though we never even opened the door - but it was taken care of with no hassle.
