7. In short, if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay in NYC filled with spa visits, and spending time together with your partner indoors or working in the room my recommendation would strongly be to find an alternative.

8. The entrance to the Spa Reception area is very clean and dimly lit but the pool area is dirty and slippery as are the ladies spa facilities and not maintained as you would expect from a hotel of this calibre.
