1. The management and personnel are excellent, the restaurant and bars are very good (especially breakfast) and the rooms are very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

10. The roof top bar at the Peninsula is rather nice, as it overlooks all of 5th Avenue and gets a nice vibe to it in the evenings.
