1. Staff at the front desk were ok, though certainly not overly-friendly (but is this a NYC thing?) and the maintenance service was prompt- we had a faulty room switch that was repaired ASAP.

9. The front desk service is very good but there is a lack of information in the rooms and we only found out after our stay that they had an on-site laundry.
