6. - very friendly staff (Our receptionist Negesti did everything with a big smile, she was very friendly and helpfull)- good location (close to times square & grand central station but pretty quiet at night)- every room has a nice basic kitchen with a large fridge,microwave,cupboards,stove)- the rooms are big compared to New York standards (plenty of room to walk around)- the rooms are very clean, thanks to the good housekeeping- you can use a safe, free of charge- the furniture is decent, but not state of the art.

9. While the housekeeping staff was quite friendly and always greeted us, the front desk staff could've cared less when we were standing right in front of them and the doormen/bellmen always looked like they'd rather be anywhere else but helping customers.
