7. Everyone who worked there from the housekeeping and maintenance staff through to the managers all had a smile and were polite and helpful when you needed anything.

10. After complaining to the front desk AND getting the manager, we were told they would take $50 off of our rate (basically charge us the full price of the room we got) and move us first thing the next day.
