4. The accommodations have gone upscale immensely in the years I've stayed there (gorgeous bathroom fixtures and beautiful furnishings throughout), but the prices remain reasonable.

5. The staff will help you up with your bags, but the steps are quite small, narrow and steep, so if you are on Level 5, even getting yourself up there is a bit challenging (depending on how fit/drunk you are!)This is definitely the best place I have stayed in NY in this price bracket.

The staff will help you with suggestions about what to do, and every day they will let you at your door, the activities recommended for the day, they will also help you if you want to book tickets for broadway at very good prices, and suggestions about restaurants, etc. The place is great and you get a great sleep quality, It is definitively the better place in NY if you want to spent great vacations, for a quite convenient price.

10. it has better price and you get to see 7 attractions, if you buy the NY pass, you won't find the time to visit all they offer, and you will pay twice than if you buy the City Pass.
