3. Business room a welcome addition we booked our broadway tickets (hotel Manager Troy also there to do it and did so at times when we were hurried; just had to leave our credit card details somehow ended up with best seats in the house - invaluable).

We stayed for 5 nights and were very pleased with the friendly service, our room had enough area to place or luggage, flexible hours of the breakfast area, free use of pc's in the business room, the decor which gave the place a positive and interesting vibe, and having around Charlie the hotel mascot was unique.

5. Desk staff very helpful, and issue an info page each morning with weather forecast, interesting things to do, etc. Business room has computers and a printer at no charge.
