1. Complimentary breakfast of fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurts, juice, muffins, toast, croissants, teas and coffee is generous and more than adequate.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast is outstanding, there is a pleasant small garden area in the back, and the location can't be beat--it's on the boundary between Chelsea and Greenwich Village, a couple of blocks to Chelsea Market and the High Line Park, and less than 1/2 block from a major subway station.

7. Complimentary breakfast is another bonus, especially given that it is available for a longer time compared to most other hotels we've stayed in, so if you're an early riser or enjoy a sleep-in, you need not miss out.
