1. There were so many nice little touches like the wall mounted flat screen TV's, the wonderful assortment of bath amenities from Gilchrist & Soames,the iPod docking stations to charge my iPhone and the great (and free!) high speed wireless internet throughout the hotel.

2. Breakfast was great, loved the bread of the day, amazing bagels, perfect coffee and juices, ham, cheese, cereal, yoghurt etc etc and coffee and cookies available all day too free of charge.

10. We arrived one day late due to flight problems and the hotel did not charge us for it, as a honeymoon present, along with a bunch of roses, which was very generous indeed.
