2. I have stayed in CPI many times over the past 15 years and always found it quirky, friendly and good value for money; recent improvements to the reception area and rooms have brought the hotel into 21st Century without losing the personal and individual nature of the ambienceSimilarly the clientel now seems to be more varied - I seem to remember in 1997 that it was( virtually) exclusively gay-male but the relaxed atmosphere and the (retained) movie-star themed rooms ensure that everyone wanting more than an impersonal barn with a huge chandelier in the lobby will feel at home .
