Sam in security helped get a
valet
to come and drive it back for me, called the front desk (on the 8th floor) to help me get checked in (the eye rolling started there) and had a nice lady (who I don't think even worked there) show me how their elevator system works.

s outside, everyone to a person at the Marriott Marquis was very professional, helpful AND polite.

Just to test the professionalism of the

, we left a $10 bill on the center console of our car and when the car was returned from the

a few days later, the bill was still sitting right where we left it.

were all very courteous, and the front desk was friendly and helpful with I requested a late check out and when I had a dispute with a charge on the bill.
