1. Sam in security helped get a valet to come and drive it back for me, called the front desk (on the 8th floor) to help me get checked in (the eye rolling started there) and had a nice lady (who I don't think even worked there) show me how their elevator system works.

3. From the front office to the valets outside, everyone to a person at the Marriott Marquis was very professional, helpful AND polite.

4. Just to test the professionalism of the valet, we left a $10 bill on the center console of our car and when the car was returned from the valet a few days later, the bill was still sitting right where we left it.

6. Of course parking at $50+ a night is high but the valet service was uber efficient, and the staff all were friendly and nice.
