1. We were on the 'Concierge' level which included a very nice breakfast each morningand a complimentary 'Happy Hour' weekday afternoons with hors d'oeuvres, bottles of water, soda.

3. Rooms are large and have all the amenities, but the bath rooms show a little sign of age, Restaurants are pricey, but that is NYC midtown, Fitness center is awesome and complimentary with everything you could think of to workout.

7. Close to all tourist locations and subways- Complimentary gym access - Check in time was less than 5 minutes (I did not have to wait in a line at the 4pm check-in time)Cons- Our room was fairly warm and the air conditioner took awhile to really kick in.

9. The cheapest hotel we stayed at in San Francisco was in an equally central location but gave us all the little extras free of charge e.g. WiFi, complimentary tea, coffee, cookies, candy, fruit and papers.
