1. I was not offered any of the usual Gold member benefits such as free Wi-Fi, late check out, or complimentary breakfast here.

6. The service was AWESOME: first our rooms got messed up but one of the front desks (his name was Sye :)) and he upgraded us AND gave us a discount then when we needed to check out the conicerge (Tony) and bellhops were also really friendly in helping us get to the airport on time.

7. Express check out was made easy, got a check with the morning paper and since it was OK, just dialed a number and that was it.

8. Had good dealings with the staff, doormen/bagboys/valet were all very courteous, and the front desk was friendly and helpful with I requested a late check out and when I had a dispute with a charge on the bill.

10. And--front desk gave us a 1pm check out time which was fabulous.
