1. They have water, headsets and even apples The front desk was very helpful, quick and courteous.

2. Sam in security helped get a valet to come and drive it back for me, called the front desk (on the 8th floor) to help me get checked in (the eye rolling started there) and had a nice lady (who I don't think even worked there) show me how their elevator system works.

7. The front desk is located on the 8th floor which was kind of cool in it's own right, but what I loved was that there are key pads on the wall where the elevators are and you key in the floor that you are going to and the key pad gives you a letter for the elevator to take.
