1. Elevators can be slow because of the system but we were very happy especially w discounted ratesIncidentally if u want to avoid tourist trap restaurants ,just walk 2 long blocks to 9th Avenue for a wide variety of ethnic small restaurants.

2. The hotel has a ticket office for all major broadway shows but it is worth noting that there is another ticket office outside on Times Square that offers huge discounts, especially if you book last minute for the same day show.

3. I took the discount as being a senior, being good at finding deals and often traveling at cheap times, the 10K points was not enough to offset the $75.
