1. rooms small for price but had a great view, food good, costly parking for valet parking W/E.

6. The room are very nice, but parking is HEFTY!$80 for a truck/SUV, so we parked around the corner for $62/nt (including taxes) at Central Garage.

7. Bellman - No bellman to help with luggage on arrival at ground floor (car parking area is below the hotel) but loads of them milling about on 8th floor, none of whom bothered asking if we needed help.

8. When we checked out we wanted a taxi to go to the train station, however the cars were being allowed to park kitty cornered so taxi were not being allowed in the parking area.

9. the moment we got to the hotel, all the valet and parking attendants were yelling at us to hurry up and move out of the way, we asked where we should go to unload our luggage while we checked in and they said 'not here, go, you can't stay here.

10. ) I took a cab into town from LGA so I don't know how much parking is at the hotel, but the cab is about $30-$35.
