1. After 20hrs flying it was great to have efficient check in service and whisked away to our room promptly which was on 15th floor.

8. In thinking about what made it so positive, it was really the superior service and attitude of the employees which was consistent from the bellmen to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff to even the maintenance staff.
