1. There is a Starbucks close by, a couple reasonably priced breakfast spots (and a couple not so reasonably priced ones), and some good dinner options.

2. The little luncheonette up the street is very good, but I preferred the Morning Star on 2nd (exit left, go up one block, make a left, get some awesome rice pudding!) and Anthony's for dinner with the kids was great (my fussy 7 yr old claimed 'best meatballs in his life').

9. We were a 7 minute walk to everything, Central Park, Grand Central, Times Square, they couldn't have had a better location!and there is a grocery store around the corner making it fabulously easy to eat in breakfast, lunch or dinner and get snacks and drinks for the kids.
