1. A concierge mans the desk during working hours and is helpful for folks trying to get tickets to shows and other events.

7. Hotel: Lovely warm welcome by the concierge and the reception staff - also very helpful and great with advise on places to visit, airport transfers etc. The bedroom suite was lovely, well appointed and large, with 2 double beds (amazingly comfortable), a small kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
