Extremely pricey for what you got: scratched furniture, walls needing painting, bulky TV sets, no coffee pot in room, no ice bucket, had to ask for shampoo and conditioner, uninformed and uninterested front desk people, doorman missing most of the time, so so room cleanliness, charge for internet.

3. The room was fantastic (they upgraded us from a junior suite to the next best one at no extra charge due to it being our 13th anniversay) and easily was the biggest room I've ever had in Manhattan.

5. The only negatives for us were that the floors didn't appear to be cleaned during our entire stay, although everything else was very clean, and the charge for internet use would have been over $15/day with taxes.
