1. We did feel that a bar would be a welcome addition to this hotel, so a drink to round off our days would have given this hotel 5's all round.

3. The location is fantastic and it's a great choice if you're looking for convenience and a nice, comfy room but OK to give up the five star lobby amenities (restaurant/bar, huge lobby, etc).

8. Around the corner from the hotel on 2nd Avenue are restaurants Italian restaurants on 49th St and further along on the other side of the road either 45th or 46th St is a bar called the Perfect Pint nice bar and food served and an open air seating area on the 3rd floor.

9. Even though we didn't make it to Billy Elliot on Saturday night because of a particular Times Square-scare incident, we found that the bar next door proved to be a good evening.
