6. Izzy and Rome the doormen are amazing and always welcomed us with a smile, even when they were very busy, out of all the hotels we have stayed at world wide, including the Park Hyatt Sydney which is one of the best they are by far the best we have come across.

7. You do really need to look at the internet charges, they are high and not everyone can travel with a laptop to take advantage of the free wifi in the club lounge, free wifi in the room would be nice too especially when a lot of cheaper hotels in NY offer this.
