1. The staff are by far what make this hotel what it is, your housekeeping staff were so polite and friendly and did a great job servicing our room.

2. lol anyway, the only issue i had with this place was that the housekeeping staff -- when cleaning adjacent rooms, used that little silver door lock/clip to keep the door open, and continually let the door slam, over and over and over.

6. Top marks have to go to housekeeping for keeping the room spotlessly clean, reception and concierege for their recommendations on places to go/eat and arranging transport back to JFK and especially the doorman who even stood out in the middle of the road one night to get us a taxi.
