2. I would describe the 2 bedroom villas as 2 master bedrooms with a full kitchen an living room in the middle between them the one is a little larger as it as a pull out sofa bed about the size of a love seat but the other has a two person non jetted tub.

7. The property is lovely - the units are very spacious and comfortable (although I agree with the poster that they should give up on the giant tubs in favor of larger showers), the landscaping is gorgeous.
