1. It would have been nice to have daily maid service, which we are used to from Thailand, but that is available for extra cost if you really want it.

2. As part of the promotional package we also received daily maid service - basic clean-up, clean towels, and replenished soaps, lotions, etc.We were not required to attend the time-share talk, but chose to do so anyway.

Cons: The furnishings in the rooms are showing some wear-and-tear but understand interior renovations are in the near future; limited dining option on the property and limited low-moderately priced dining options in the immediate area (as compared to the Lihue area further north on the island); no daily/tbath/beach towel/sheet/maid service without extra cost.
