1. And we loved the size of the hotel - not so small that there were no services but not so big that you had to fight for space on the grounds or in the many pools and spas on the property.

We used points (we are not an owner) and are thrilled with the beauty of the resort (the grounds are spectacular), the service (everyone is so nice and helpful), the rooms (very nice and have everything you need in them), the amenities (the pools are literally rock pools, most are saltwater, and the massages in the outdoor cabana were heavenly) and the experience as a whole.
